HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THE SIZE I ORDERED WILL FIT?

We can help you! We have included size charts that can be found on the product pages of most of our merchandise items. You can click on the size chart link to learn about the specific measurements of each garment. Also, take a look at our style descriptions. If the sizes tend to run small or large – we’ll let you know! If you have any further questions, feel free to Contact Us and we’ll do the best we can to help you.

When you created you account, we sent you an email confirmation with your username and password. If you can’t find that email, no problem! Contact Us and we’ll help you.

Est. Today is a fun, interactive online design community where users can design, share, and shop stylish, cool fashion.

WHO IS EST. TODAY FOR?

Est. Today is designed for girls between the ages of 8 – 14 but open to anyone who appreciates the fashion design process.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SAFE?

We are committed to creating a safe online environment for our users, their families and their friends. We also know that our users LOVE hanging out with their friends and having a good time. Est. Today offers the best of both worlds!

Est. Today employs what is called white list chat throughout our site. This means that all communication between our users occur through pre-screened, predetermined text. Our users cannot use text that they themselves create. We’ve left a lot of room for your child’s personality to shine through without compromising on their safety.

WHY DO YOU COLLECT AN EMAIL ADDRESS?

Many of the features of the Est. Today website can be enjoyed without providing an email address. In order to gain access to advanced features we ask our users to create an Est. Today User Account which requires an email address. Advanced features include entering contests and saving designs to a digital closet.

We use email addresses to send important messages to our users about their accounts. For example, below are some of the reasons we would send an email:

* Send a reminder of the user’s Est. Today user name and password
* Answer questions when they are submitted through the contact us form
* Send tracking info to users who have purchased merchandise
* Send an Est. Today newsletter (if an account is signed up to receive newsletters)

We do NOT share customer email addresses with any third party vendors or companies for the purposes of solicitation of advertising.

DOES JOINING EST. TODAY COST ANY MONEY?

Nope, it’s free. So go ahead and design away to your heart’s content. You will need to create a user account if you would like to save your designs to a digital closet – but that’s free too.

ORDER INFORMATION

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I GET MY ORDER?

We are usually able to make your garments, package them up, and ship them out within 1 to 2 days from order receipt. From there we offer shipping via UPS Ground, UPS 2-day, and UPS Next day. Depending on the shipping option elected, you can expect to receive your order between 2 and 9 business days from order placement.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. Use this number to track you package at UPS.com.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

The charge for shipping and handling is calculated from the total order amount and shipping delivery option selected at checkout. Please refer to the chart below to calculate your shipping charge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your designs as much as we love making them for you!

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return any unused products for a full refund, replacement or merchandise credit within 60 days of order delivery.
If you received a faulty item or if your item arrived damaged please Contact Us to request a replacement.

All items created and purchased through the Est. Today Design Studio are made just like you designed them. Since they are custom made, just for you, returned items cannot be resold and are donated to a local charity.

Est. Today does not accept returns on the following items:

* Items that are returned more than 60 days after delivery
* Any item that has been worn or used
* Any item not returned in the condition it was received

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

You can pack and send us your return to us in just a few simple steps.

Step 1. Contact Us:
Contact Us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please choose whether you would like to exchange or return the item for a merchandise credit. Items returned without an RMA number are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Step 2. Include your Packing Slip:
Write your RMA number on your packing slip and include it with your return. If you can’t find your packing slip, Contact Us, and we will happily send you another one.

Step 3. Pack up and Send us Your Return
Pack up your return in a suitable shipping box. Cut out the return label from your packing slip and affix it onto the return package. If you want to write out your own return label, that’s okay too. Here it is:

We suggest that you send your return or exchange back to us by an insured carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or Insured Mail by United States Postal Service. This way you can feel more confident that your return or exchange will get to us safely (we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Step 4. We’ll Take it From There
Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to process a return and have it show up in your account. In many cases you will receive your refund faster than that. If for some reason your account is not credited properly within this time frame, please Contact Us.

On average, our customers receive their exchanges within 2-4 weeks.

ARE THERE SOME ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE?

Est. Today does not accept returns on the following items:

* Items that are returned more than 60 days after delivery
* Any item that has been worn or used
* Any item not returned in the condition it was received

CAN I STILL RETURN AN ITEM IF IT IS PAST 60 DAYS?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or merchandise credit within 60 days of order delivery.
Items that are returned more than 60 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you would still like to return an item, please Contact Us so we can help you.

LOST YOUR PACKING SLIP?
If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, Contact Us and we’ll send you another one.
